In a lottery; keep your fingers crossed!

I got an e-mail from my sales manager today saying that they'd be having a lottery for my date and location on Monday. We picked the Monday after Mother's Day (2007) because we thought fewer people would want it, but apparently someone other than us does. Please keep your fingers crossed that we get it.

What were your second and third options you gave them? I think that SRUALMN and I will be in a lottery together too for July 7, 2007. I just keep praying no other girls come for that day or if they do they choose another location or time. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know how stressful this can be.

There really aren't any other options we could give them, since I believe the lottery we're in for is for the Living Seas VIP for the reception and they only do one event there per day. If we don't get it, we'll pretty much have to set a new date since my fiance insists upon having the Living Seas for the reception.

what date is it that you want?

i am hoping for tuesday may 8th - my event manager said that she would get back to me on 8th/9th may to confirm if i was in a lottery or not but i havent heard anything yet? is that a good or bad sign?

i have emailed her today to ask if she knows anything - i am realy nervous, i just want to know if i have the date or not!

We're trying for Monday, May 14th, 2007. I'm pretty sure your sales manager will contact you this week and let you know if you got the date, but I don't see anything wrong with getting in touch with him/her first and asking. I hope you got it!
