In a dining rut?

Hi all!
Been going to WDW for 40 years, consider myself to be a pretty informed Disney-goer.
But I think I'm stuck in a dining rut!
We have our faves, but are looking to mix it up a bit.
What places are your faves and why?

(So far we have booked: Narcoosee's, Flying Fish, Victoria & Alberts (it's a big B-day trip!), Boathouse, Boma, Teppan Edo, Frontera Cocina, Yak & Yet (lunch), Chefs de France (lunch)...

We like fine dining and we don't have kids.
What am I missing out on?

Cake Bake Shop - gorgeous restaurant, incredible food and service. We went for breakfast about a week ago and it was so good, we returned for lunch another day.

We really enjoyed Summer House on the Lake for weekend brunch.

If you enjoy fine dining, consider doing Takumi Tei instead of Teppan Edo. We also love Shiki Sai and prefer it over Teppan Edo as it has more menu options.

Jiko was the hands down winner for food/service/ambiance on our last couples trip in June. Toledo and Citricos are also good upscale experiences.

Happy Birthday! You have some great ones already picked out. Flying Fish is always a favorite. Agree with previous poster that Jiko is outstanding. It's such a beautiful resort, can really make an evening out of it. Bull and Bear over at the Waldorf is extraordinary -- lots of tableside presentations. Capa and Ravello at the Four Seasons are good options too and another gorgeous resort to explore.

We had a wonderful meal in Oct. at Bourbon Steak(formerly Shula's) as well as, Todd English Blue Zoo at the Dolphin.

Jiko has been at the top of my list almost since it opened...always excellent food and service and atmosphere.

Tiffin's has been a pretty reliable in-park spot for me too - probably the best in-park restaurant with diverse and interesting menu and excellent bar.

Cake Bake Shop is a solid option - I thought it looked too 'feminine' and overpriced, but the food quality is very good and after trying it once, I've been back two more times.

I don't know what to suggest, but I do find myself hitting the same places on every trip. I don't go enough that it's a real problem, but sometimes I want to try something new, but do I really want to skip a favorite to do it?

Toledo for sure! I had a great birthday dinner there.

Another favorite for us is to go to the bar at Topolino’s to have dinner. We’ve never been rushed there and even encouraged to enjoy the terrace during the meal.

Toledo at Coronado Springs is underrated to me.
