Important quick question

I leave in 6 hours and can't find that plastic envelope they send you.It had the luggage tags and confirmation papers in it.Is that a major problem?I have another confirmation envelope.I am going crazy but I just can't find it.

I have a question regarding DME service, we'll be using it for first time next month. We arrive on Oct 22nd, how far in advance does Disney mail out the luggage tags,etc? How many tags per person?

You should be okay. When you get off the plane, go to the Magic Express check in station (people in blue jackets and big Mickey hands will lead you there) and just explain what happened. Give them your luggage claim check tags that you received when you departed, and they will have you describe your luggage. They'll put you on a bus and you'll be on your way.

We went in May when ME had just started and we hadn't received our packet yet. It worked just fine, everything is in their computer system.

Oh never mind, I see you posted yesterday and are already gone. Well, hopefully the above info will help someone else.

Huey578 - you should receive your packet about two to three weeks before you leave. If you booked through a travel agent, it will go to them, and they will get it to you.
