Important "bog" adr info !!!

For anyone that might have booked an ADR using the automated system--- if the system did not ask for a credit card (for a hold), most likely, the reservation did NOT go thru !! Even if you received a confirmation #-

I just spoke with a CM that told me that there is a glitch in the system, that they are working to correct- I had an ADR for 11/22, using the automated system--- I received a conf #, but the reservation never went thru, because the system did not ask me for CC info -

I basically had to re-book with an agent--- luckily, there was still a 6:45PM spot available.

Just a heads-up -
 
I just booked through the system (3 minutes ago), did not use my cc, and it is showing up on my online reservations.

Am I ok?

The reservations are actually there but they will cancel at midnight. You have to call back and add a cc #, but the cm has to call a different department to do it and there is a backlog of calls to that department right now.

No. Not according to all info I've seen.

You have to call back before 10 pm tonight & add a CC# or you will be cancelled.

I called the 407- 939- 7675 number, and they were able to help me---(luckily) DW and I tried calling this morning for 3 hrs, and received nothing but busy signals !! Finally got thru, using the number above, and made my ressies, only to find out that they really didnt even exist (because they never asked me for CC info)

They were able to re-book me in a few mins
 
Just called, thank goodness we are dvc members so hardly any wait and they added the card and gave us a new confirmation number. I hope everyone that worked so hard to get their reservations see this in time.
