I was *not* awake when I called this morning and didn't think to ask about my room requests. I just called back and they <b>were not</b> transferred to my "new" ressie. The CM made it sound like this was standard practice so make sure you double check!!

That is correct. It's a whole new ressie. So you go thrugh the whole process again.

When I called this morning the CM was very helpful. She kept my same confirmation number, changed the rate to a lower rate & changed my deposit due date so it is after the AP rates are scheduled to come out. She was very friendly & helpful!
