Immediate bounceback possible?

O.k., I usually don't look too closely at the bounceback offers since it's difficult to schedule anything that far in advance for us sometimes. But we are going to WDW next June (yahoo!!!) for 8 days and was originally planning on switching to an offsite resort for a few nights after the other party left to save money the last weekend before heading back home.

I know, heresy, but hoping to enjoy a few of the other options in Orlando while we are down there, including visiting friends who could take us to the airport, if necessary.

However, I was wondering if the bounceback offer allow you to book for a stay immediately afterward or only for a future date down the road? Yes, I could just extend our reservation, but at the price we are paying, I was hoping to get a bounceback discount to surprise the kids with "how about we stay on Disney property for a few extra days" instead of packing up.

I'm sure I wouldn't be the first, but was wondering if it is a reliable option?

I don't think this is something that would work.

You may find some discounts released later on, so you could apply them to your trip if they appear.

The bounce backs have specific dates. It seems unlikely that the one offered while you are there would be covering the time you are there.

There are usually room only discounts offered to the general public for most dates in June. That would be your best bet.
