IMBE's Grand Floridian Summary

Well, if I ever doubted just how grand the "Grand" really is (which I didn't! LOL but ..) .. this trip absolutely confirmed that yes indeed, it IS my all time favorite hotel, and I don't EVER see that changing! And that is due in VERY large part to the incredible CM's I dealt with, from well before our arrival and throughout the entire stay. Chef Tony, Howard from Private Dining, James in concierge, (just to name a few, because truly, there were MANY more wonderful cm's I dealt with too!) really did everything within their power to make this trip, this stay at the Grand, THE best I've ever had there!

Am I gushing? You bet! LOL I'm very detail oriented, and take notice of a lot of small things, and with VERY few exceptions, I liked what I saw! A lot! The food in the Main Bldg. concierge has improved, especially at dinner time -- all they need is to get that big cappucino machine in and they'll be perfect! ;O
The Mousekeeping staff was excellent this time - it always is, but was even moreso. CM's in the shops were all peppy and very good natured, as were the CM's who do the gardening, the outdoor maintenance .. just everyone!

I really have just about nothing to 'complain' or criticize at all re; the Grand this trip! LOL All I can say is that it proved to me once again why it's Disney's flagship resort!

I'll get to my summary on AKL tomorrow hopefully ..
