Imageworks photo e-mail

I might be wrong, but aren't there little kiosks in Imageworks where you can take a photo and then sort of put yourself in a funny picture? Do you get to put yourself in a photo with characters at all? Is Goofy included in any of the photos?

Weird question, I know. It's just that my BF and I have a running joke about Goofy, and I HAVE to send him something Goofy-related from WDW.

We did that while we were there. I didn't see any characters at all. You take your picture and then you can make your face into an animal, a flower, or add comments. You can also add funny cartoonish features as well.

DD4 made her face into a flower and we tried to email it to ourselves and some family members and nobody got it, unfortunately. I think we just had a bad machine because last time we did it, it worked fine.

We did it last week and nobody got the emails either. Everyone back home was looking forward to them. I think the labs machines may not be working correctly.

My son did it the first week in August and we never got them either. Last year we sent them in October and they worked fine, and he sent some in July to use that worked.

At ImageWorks you can take a picture of yourself & either morph your picture into a flower or animal. You can also add funny things to your picture (almost like putting on Mr. Potato head peices). No characters though.

My 5 year old made this one herself.

I read that you have to be sure and say you are over 13 when it asks your age otherwise it will not send the email. I put in my age in June and it worked fine.
