Images are cut off when I print. Help!

Please help! I'm trying to print name tags for my upcoming cruise and the disigns are being cut off. The only way I can get the entire image to print is in a full page format. I'd like to do 4 3x5s on one page, but can't get entire images. The images are pngs and I'm using something called Photo Printing Wizard to print. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I don't use the Printing/Photo software you use, but I wonder if your printer isn't set correctly. I know with some print software you have to go into the print settings and set it to the size you want. I am not exactly sure where the picture is cutting off at while printing, so I am not sure if this will help you.

I know this may not help, but make sure the image size of what you want to print is the size that you want and then just print it one at a time. I know this may waste printing paper, but at least you will have what you want printed.

You might consider inserting the pictures into word then playing with the size of the pictures.

• First open up a Word document.
• Then go to the top of Word and click on "insert" and in the drop down menu click on "picture" and "from file". Then find the image that you save and either double click on the picture or click once and then click "insert".
• Next click on the picture to open it up for editing.
• Then go to the tope of Word and click on "format" and "picture" in the drop down menu.
• When you see the new "format picture" box click on the "size" tab.
• Then change either height to the height you want the picture and hit the "tab" button on your keyboard. This will automatically correct the width for you so that the size is not distorted.

You can play with the margins and get all 4 images on the page and be able to see what it will look like before you print.
