And if a wealthy tourist...buy a ticket to see the Salton sea and return of the Jedi opening scene sand dunes...then catch a commuter train to Disneyland

DH and I have Jeopardy set to record daily, and apparently Game Show Network was running some old ones from back when Ken Jennings was a contestant! - A bunch just showed up randomly in our DVR, and it was so fun to watch them!!

West bound sunset limited eagle train was 15 hours late.. meaning it was very 103 degrees and no shade at 3:00 pm.... so no photo... pulled into LA 8:00 pm...so would not have made it to Disneyland... and if it had been my train to Oregon....a long night on leather soft chair with a back that comes below my neck..I do bring pillows and one blanket... so maybe a few cold hours on tile floor

Sorry... wasn't clear enough....my bucket list is to see the train in Yuma daylight.... I was not a ticketed passenger... but when I saw it I officially scheduled for morning I was excited..
But rail traffic was backed up from our neighborhood in to California.... floods in New Mexico and Texas probably the cause
And I was just sharing what a passenger in LA Union station would have to endure.. much different from airport... though there is a guard so always safe

I'm pleased with my wal Mart tire purchase... because I went shopping I don't shop there... but because tax is cheaper than downtown I bought hiking shoes ... this Walmart could be the most isolated super store... it's in the middle of the desert
