I’m eating soup for lunch. My dental hygienist dug in my mouth for an hour & 10 minutes today, so my gums are pretty darn sore. The Sjogren’s Syndrome I have is wreaking havoc on my mouth and I have to start going for cleanings more often than twice a year. My next cleaning is going to be on Dec 26th. I’m not happy about it, but I’m very grateful for their thoroughness.

DH goes for cleanings 4 times a year now....one a deep cleaning,

I got my monthly shots this morning, ran some errands and I think we are babysitting this afternoon. Unless I hear otherwise from DIL, we are picking the kids up after school.
Tomorrow DH and I are getting our RSV shots and flu shots

We have had both of those shots, and will be getting the new Covid when we get back from WDW, if WalMart has them.

DD was supposed to get the new Covid one with her flu shot yesterday and they didn't have it.
We'll check tomorrow when we go ( we go to Safeway) and see of they have it.....then make an appointment

And some Halloween. I need to figure out what I still need.

We are on our way home from WDW. We stopped and picked up Gus. Now we are stopping for some local produce, then some milk and then we’ll be home!

Thank you. It was bad for a month and then it got better, so I am being very careful.
Podiatrist released me and just told me what to do and not do.
