I'm finishing up some homemade Dijon mustard

so it it dijon or true german mustard that one find in monsateries for sale. MT Angel , Oregon had an Order of Nuns who always sold out of their mustard and then the order collapsed and no more mutard...we would go to estate sales to see if unopened jar was in the cupboard.

Our last set of friends are leaving us here in Yuma and headed back to Oregon. I heped them load, tarp and manage the spider web net that will keep the open bed of the pickup from losing belongings. and hitting their racing off road vehicle being pulled behind on a trailer..also, protected in the back of truck is a $1,000.00 table that I am taking to the antique show in portland if I make it that far in July. Our last safe contact folks in the virus.

a very sweet mutard though lets you know that mustard is being used.....like dijon...it fits the popular notion of what mustard should be....I mean...for me growing up it was that awful jar of Frenchs yellow picnic survival paste....so in my linted experience with mustard...I had gold...now it is gone.
