I have 47 people that report to me, and 40 of them are under the age of 30.

Oh, wow.

When Tom retired, he gave some thought to a part time position, but realized he would be most likely working for a (much) younger boss, and this did not appeal to him.

I have worked mostly as a teacher or instructor in a college.
