Im thinking about changing ADRs, Opinions???

We are going to WDW the week after Christmas. Two of our ADRs we are thinking about changing. The two we might change are Concourse Steakhouse and 50's Primetime Cafe. Right now we would change them to Grand Floridian Cafe in place of Concourse Steakhouse, and either Rose and Crown or Spoodles in place of 50's Primetime Cafe.

What does everyone think about changing these ADR's and the restaurants we are think of replacing them with? Does anyone have other suggestions? We are using the dining plan and want to replace them with restaurants that we can use a table service meal at. Both are going to be dinners. We already have reservations as well at Boma, Coral Reef, and Whispering Canyon for other nights.

Hmm... I'm not too sure about the GF Cafe, but Spoodles is supposed to be REALLY good. Maybe you can find some reviews in the "Restaurant Reviews" section of this board?

I've never eaten at GF Cafe because it seems really generic and boring. At least with Concourse you can watch the monorail glide by overhead!

I think your other choices all look good!

I'd actually be surprised, though, if you are able to find new ADRs for the week after Christmas this close to your trip. Things are probably booked solid!

Yea I was thinking that if I have any chance of new ADR's then i better do it ASAP.
