I've not posted in about 10 days. I had a nasty sinus infection and bronchitis. Then it seemed to go away so I did a 3 mile walk. Then the next day the sinus thing came back with a vengeance. So I have done NOTHING since. But is seems like it is almost gone again.

Hopefully tomorrow I can get out and satrt training for the half.... I hope. I just saw no purpose in signing on every day just to say that I am still sick.

Let's hope it is really done this time. I can't ever remember being sick for like 20 days before. UNBELIEVABLE!

Sorry you are not feeling well, but glad to hear things are picking up now. Seems like a nice weekend can chase away even a stubborn sinus cold.

I noticed you arew west of Philly. I am in Downingtown, how close are you to Dowinigtown?
 
Hey PD....I was wondering how you were doing. Sorry to hear you're still sick. I got better myself and guess what....I'm fighting the cough and sinus thing again. It's VERY frustrating. I sure hope you are all better now for good...it was wise to rest. Don't worry....still loads of time to train for the half.

Your March sounds like my Fb! Not fun being sick, is it? I, too, seemed to relapse every time I thought I was well enough to get out and exercise. Take care of yourself, and please don't stay away. We really do want to know how you are doing, even if all you have to say is that you are still sick. :sick:

So how are you feeling today? What worked for me was to start my training back really easy after being sick off and on for as long as I was. That seemed to help me stop the relapses - or at least I think it did because every time I thought I felt better and tried to get back to normal I ended up sick again.
