Roasted Chicken Borsolinni (thinner and differently shaped than Tortellini) in tomato sauce. I'm ready to eat but hubby won't be walking in for another hour!

Can you say STARCH!!! But thats what DH asked for....I actually don't much care for anything except the casserole.

We wound up going out to celebrate my dh finishing a computer class that he had to take. We had spinich and artichoke dip then shared chicken topped with bacon and mushrooms, rice and broccoli.

I've never heard of Borsolini. Sounds wonderful!

Well, I have the house to myself tonight, so I made some mac and cheese and garlic toast. I mix sweet pickle relish in my noodles. I saved half the mac and cheese, fried up some spam, and DH can have that when he gets home.
