I'm so upset with Disney Direct

Back on 6/28, I ordered all of these amazing clearance items, goofy and grumpy pj's, hawaiin shirt for dh, hawaiin top and skirt for me and shorts. I don't usually splurge like this but I got it all for $50. So I don't get it and don't get it - well, needless to say, it got lost somewhere in the mail and all they have now are the shorts. I was really looking forward to those pj's and the hawaiin outfit. Now nothing. Sure, you're giving me my money back - big deal - I WANT MY CLOTHES! If I see someone in my neighborhood wearing goofy pj's there's going to be heck to pay!

That sounds like almost exactly what I ordered! Though I only managed to get the Goofy bottoms, as the top was gone from my cart when I checked out.

There have been a few other threads with people not getting what they ordered. i'm a little worried about the 7 shirts I ordered for our MNSSHP trip. I'm waiting to get 6 or 5!

Another thing that annoyed me was I ordered the Tink chime set and then they told me they had no more, but unlike everything else they said they didn't have, this item wa still available for purchase days later...I think it's still up there now.

I wonder if my stuff came today...

I have recieved two emails that read "sorry but some of the items you have ordered are no longer available." It did not state which items. I pressed the reply button the first time and asked which or what items. They did write back and it was 2 of the X-Men sleeping bags (bought for 12.99) and the buzz sleeping bag (12.99). Then I got another email again yesterday and it said the same thing and still did not list which items I was not getting. This time I wrote back and said that it just wrong to let people go to all the trouble of ordering and then not get 1/2 of what they ordered!

Then!!!!!!!!!! I went to Disney Deals and they have X-Men sleeping bags on there starting at $7.99!!!! And!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 12% off code!! So I am still getting the sleeping bags and I won them at $9. hmmmm!

I too received an item I never ordered and my wrap skirt was never shipped. As soon as I realized their error, I called and fortunately they had the skirt and it shipped a couple of days ago. Jason, the CM I spoke with, said to keep the kids pj set and donate it to charity if I didn't have anyone that it would fit.

Hopefully my skirt will arrive soon!

Hi I think they have the goofy and grumpy pj bottoms on Disneydeals. You can look for an auction or buy it now for 4.99., I think they might have the tops too. So sorry--we got our package....but it took a long long time to get here.

ETA: We did just get the package last week--but the items had been ordered about June 30th. Hubby outfitted the whole family in those outfits .

Wow, I haven't had any trouble with Disney Direct. I placed two orders between June 25 and June 30th and got everything. I ordered, the Disney Dream Desk, 2 pairs of swimshorts for DH, four t-shirts for DH, 1 pair of shorts and 1 t-shirt for me, and 1 pair of swimshorts, 2 t-shirts, and 2 pairs of shorts for DS. The stuff took a little longer than normal to get here, but I had all of it within two weeks from ordering. I wonder if they just got really busy with the sale and couldn't keep up, and then when they went to fill orders, stuff was already gone.

All of my items that I ordered came in a timely manner but one item came in a different size than what I ordered.

I think that is what happened...they did not keep up with their website during the sale. I just got everything yesterday except one of the karoke machines. I ordered 2 and just 1 came. I hope the other does because I was going to use one as a gift. The 3 sleeping bags that I ordered are canceled. I did win 2 of them of disney deals and the other is not that big of a deal. I did get such great prices on what I bought that I can not really complain plus free shipping.

I, too, haven't had any problem with them. I did notice that sometimes things I had tried to buy and were unavailable would still show on the website. However, when I would try to purchase them again, they would say unavailable. I've ordered WAY too much from them the last couple months between the pin sale and the summer clearance! Yes, I have noticed that the sale weeks seemed to produce slow shipping. The last couple orders have come through fairly fast.
