I'm so torn. Please give advice! UPDATE, problem solved!

Ugh. Second guessing.

People joining us later in the trip.

Wed - Arrival day (morning) - Epcot during afternoon with no fast passes. Magic Kingdom at night for dinner and rides with fast passes. EMH until 1 am, but we won't stay that long.
Thursday - MK morning, late lunch and relaxing, Halloween Party
Friday - AK all day, late Ohana dinner
Saturday - Kona breakfast, relaxing until later afternoon -DHS and Disney Springs evening
Sunday - AK (my only FOP time). California Grill dinner at night, maybe make it to Epcot late night?
Monday - Epcot, Chefs De France dinner and then MK EMH
Tuesday - AK with the rest of group - got all of them FOP for this day but couldn't get one more for me.
Wednesday - MK - Boathouse at night
Thurs - Epcot
Fri - home!

So we will have 3 MK days, plus a party and an EMH
2 Epcot Days.
3 Animal Kingdom days
1 DHS day.

My second guessing is do I really want to spend a third day at AK? I can't change the Friday or Tuesday as we definitely want two nights there. The Sunday I only booked as a just in case FOP day. Turns out I was able to get everyone passes for FOP on the Tuesday, except for me. So my chance to ride is the Sunday.
I'm worried we won't get on Test Track (which I LOVE) due to tiering - everyone wanted me to use the fast pass for Soarin so I couldn't get us Test Track. Then the Thursday we were going on FEA.

My thoughts were to do Epcot on the Sunday (our extra AK day) instead so I could get on Test Track and then just lay around the pool until dinner. But then that would mean giving up MY chance to ride FOP. I'm not really a simulator ride fan, but I've only heard great things...

Tell me what to do? Keep the Sunday at AK so I can get on FOP, change it to Epcot for Test Track? Change a different day? Try for Test Track at Rope Drop on the Monday?

We did three AK days this past trip the end of August and I am glad we did, we ended up riding FoP 3x. I thought it was worth going 3x. We didn't stay the whole day, we did other things later in the day so I would keep it. We often do TT single rider line and this works fine for us.

I do love AK.

It's just weird, I'm used to spending more time at Epcot than any other park. But we usually stay at Beach Club and this time we are staying at Polynesian.

We stayed at the Poly in August, we loved it! It was funny this past trip we spent more time at AK and MK and less at Epcot and I was okay with it. What ever you decide you will enjoy yourself!

Could you change your Friday AK day? Maybe do Epcot instead and then take monorail to O'Hana for dinner? Otherwise, when's your fastpass on Sun? Could you do Epcot first or after? Either way, as long as you're there at rope drop, you'll be able to get on test track without too much of a wait.

Yeah - the way it's working with everyone's different arrival dates/dinners and such Friday and Tuesday definitely have to be AK days so we all can see at night. I agree - I feel like I'm wasting an entire day to just ride FOP.
My Sunday fast pass is at 1 pm. I can possibly do Epcot first for Test Track? The two of us in my avatar - everyone else is arriving that day and we have dinner at 7:30. I can try to get everyone up the next day to ride Test Track at rope-drop, but that could prove to be difficult. Although Micky and I can go ahead of them...

I just checked fast pass, plenty of ride times for everything but of course FOP.

Holy carp!!!

I was able to grab two fast passes for FOP for the Friday night at 7:15 and change our river ride to Tuesday!!! Now I can do anything I want on Sunday so I grabbed us Test Track at Epcot around 10:30!!! Thanks @TulipMom!!!! Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay!!!!!! I would not be up for 3 days at AK, but understood your dilemma! So glad you got your FOP FP and now you'll have more freedom with your plans for that day!
