I logged into VMK for a little to gather credits and be social before work... and I'm hanging out with my friend Zdude and at the end I go:

"I have to go work selling car glass!"

and he goes:

"You're not a kid?"

and he boots me from his room, and takes me off his friends list ... I wish there was a way to have an aduly avator or something LOL

thats all, I was just a little weirded about by it... anyone have similar experiences?

woah! how rude!

I have a boy mule, and a few people have befriended him, and I honestly think if I really reveled who I was it would creep them out. but I now say in my siggy: I’m not a boy! ha ha! we shall see if they stick around when they see it.

I always put that "I am not a kid" and Dis so that usually rules out kids asking to be friends. I would not take it personally... I have taken friends off my friends lists that are kids. Especially when they say looking for a BF/GF or I want kids. :rolleyes1 I had one friend (kid) that I guess thought I was her mom. Every time I saw her she was begging for free stuff...lol I already have two real kids. I don't need another... ;)

lol me and my friend are the same way XD im 20 and shes 22. I was talking to some dude on VMK and said "I got to go to work" and he was like you work? I said yes, he asked why? lmao. just thought it was funny.. then if im asked if i can be there girl i say sorry im almost old enough to be your mummy XD and it scares them off.

Well, that is why iamspuds has facial hair in VMK - to make him look older, like me (when i get up late and don't have time to shave). LOL

But that won't help the ladies, now, will it ? ;)

Not necessarily - some of us older peeps have "stray eyebrows" down around the corners of our mouths....

I just found it really odd that it he would boot me like that.

besides at 11:00 in the morning, I thought most kids were like... in school :p

I've never been booted by anyone for being "older". But, someone once asked me how old I was, after I said I had to go to work. I said I'm soon to be as old as Disneyland. Then I got a warning from VMK Staff that it was not safe for me to reveal my age. I thought that was funny since I'm not a kid. :rotfl2: :earsboy:

It seems that most of the kids that are playing during the day are homeschoolers. That or they are off sick.
Or they could from another timezone from around the world somewhere. :)

I have had many "kids" leave the room once it is announced that I am a "mummy"! But I've never been booted out of someone's room....... yet!

I once had a boy hang out with me in my room for a while and then asked if he could be my "boy friend". I politely told him I was old enough to be his mummy - he left my room immediately and took me off his friends list. :rotfl:

I was in my 8 yo DS's room when a girl was telling him he was cute and asking if he was taken (he was away from keyboard at that time). I watched for awhile and then informed her that that was my son she was talking to - she quickly disappeared! :rotfl:
