I parked in the supermarket and a kind & wonderful person has made a lovely long scratch down the front wing of my car.as well as a deep dent:scared1:
You can see it's been done with a shopping trolley.:sad2:
Why don't people give a dam anymore about other peoples property:confused3 , I'm sick to deaf with my car doors being knocked & scraped by other car doors but now this really takes the biscuit & is really to much and my blood is boiling with rage and anger.
I've had a moan to DH & now you lot but i'm still ANGER:mad:
It's people like this that make you want to start smoking again.

I'd be mad at that too. I hope it doesn't cost too much to fix.

sorry to hear that,Id be mad too

That's terrible, no wonder you are so angry:sad2:

This happened to us too, the car was brand new too,

We have a lot of bumps and scratches from cars parking next to us in car parks and opening doors into us, its even happened when we've been sitting in it, people just don't care. Don't you think car parking spaces are far too narrow! Definitely puts you off splashing out on a newer car. Ours is almost 10 years old now but we have very low mileage and its in good nick so not going to break the bank for a newer one for others to damage.

Sorry to hear that, Jill! Hope it isn't too expensive to get sorted... DH's car was dented and scratched to glory in the car park at Heathrow recently - the car looks beepin' awful now... :furious:

Sorry to hear this has happened. No wonder you are angry, I would be too. I hope it isn't too expensive to repair:mad:

Thanks everyone i'm a bit carmer now but have a mega headache cause i got all worked up.
Even my poor hubby got it in the neck again , sorry love:love:

This happened to my mum too, she was in Tesco's and someone scraped a key through the paintwork, primer and into the metal of the car all down the drivers side, it was a brand new Corolla at the time, it's still not even a year old now and she's claimed three times on the insurance for damage not done by her.

I would be mad too. As people has said its an every day occurance. Several times I have been sitting in the car and someone has smacked my car. It does annoys me. No one seems to give too hoots about other peoples cars anymore. When I get in I always put my hand on the car door so if it is a tight squeeze then it will only be hand that would get hurt and not mine or thier car.

What annoys me too is. Vandalism. My car has someones initials scratched into my bonnet. I am so furious at that. No respect anymore.

I think it's pretty stupid scratching initials into other peoples cars, even if its not the vandals initials, it's going to be someone they know!! An easy way to trace them locally if you decided to go to the police, Michelle.

Totally understand your anger, someone reversed straight into our passenger's front door and drove off in the summer:eek: , we had loads of people stop and look at our car:rolleyes1 , but that's only cos my DH put a great big poster in the window thanking the ....... who did this to my car!!, and then only a couple of weeks ago someone thought they'd pull the wing mirror off :headache:

Hope it won't cost too much to repair. As everyone else has said it is all too common these days. I am paranoid now and tend to park miles away from the store entrances but it doesn't seem to make a difference my car has loads of little dinks and scratches :sad2:
