I cancelled my Netflix subscription, I just wasn't using it enough right now with everything else going on. You have to return the movies you have out within 7 days...I sent mine in on the 2nd day after I cancelled. The account my Netflix comes out of is an extra checking that I use for subscription type stuff - I ONLY keep what's coming out monthly in it, no extra.
So - I realize that Netflix has charged me THREE times in the amount of $21.60 because they said my movies didn't arrive back until the 10th day. Since the account is kept even w/ the deductions that means it became overdrawn and my account was charged $30 THREE times. I'm SOOO pissed off and customer service at Netflix acted like they didn't care and oh well.
Their warehouse is about 8 miles from my house, when I used to send and receive movies it only took a day, maybe 2 at most so I KNOW these three movies arrived in the 7 day window. Basically these three movies that I don't even have cost me $154.80!!!
