I'm so excited !!!! Just got all my PS

I'm so excited! I just called and got every PS that I wanted (except for Cindys and Cryst. Pal.-too early) I was able to book everything May2-10th. Plenty of spots open they told me. Is it not a busy time when I'm going? Last time we went it was Christmas and I got used to those crowds. Anyway here's a list of what we were able to get:
Cape May Cafe
1900 Park Fare (breakfast and dinner)
Chef Mickey's
Rain Forest - AK
Hollywood & Vine
Sci-Fi
Coral Reef
Ice Cream Social at Garden Grill
Princess Storybook Bfast at Rest. Akerhaus
wow I can't believe they had every single time I asked for!
Let me know if any of these are your fav. or if there's one I missed that we have to do. I was wondering how the food was at the Garden Grill. I didn't know it was a rotating restaurant. Thought that might be cool to do in the eve. for dinner.

We went that time last year. It was not crowded at all! Most rides were a walk on. Easter is later this year, so you may hit more crowds.

We made most of our PSs the morning of. Got everything we wanted. We weren't looking for Cindy's though.

You might want to consider Donald's Breakfast buffet at Animal Kingdom. On days the parks open at 9 A.M., you can get an 8:10 A.M. priority seating. You'll get to enter the park an hour earlier than usual and by the time you are done breakfast with Donald and the gang, you'll be in the park and at the attractions before the other guests are even allowed in. And to top it off, we think that buffet is the best breakfast buffet at WDW!!! The resorts all have an early "character breakfast bus" that takes you early to the parks too.
