So MK hours are out for our stay. We're doing ONE day at MK and ONE day at Epcot. That's the extent of our trip. However, on our MK day, they're open from 9am-10pm. Showing both MSEP & Wishes. Super excited about that! THEN, there's EMH from 10pm-midnight!!!

:jumping1:

Anyway, we have park hopping for the free dining, so with Fantasmic being at 7pm at DHS....
If we left MK at like 5pm, head to DHS for Osborne Lights and then watch Fantasmic...could we make it back inside MK by 9pm for MSEP?

It's possible, but it would be difficult.

You can do this for sure, Conservatively, you will be out of DHS by 8:00 that gives you an hour to drive to, and get into MK. This should not be a problem at all. You have a big group though, that may slow you down a bit. Make sure folks use the restroom before fantasmic!

Invest in a cab from HS to MK... well actually I think the cab can only go to the TTC or you could take a cab to Contemp and walk, or cab to GF or Poly and monorail into MK.

There are cab stands outside of HS, Epcot and AK. We took a cab late one afternoon from AK to Dolphin to save valuable bus time. For $20 or so it might be worth it to you to get back to see the parade.

Can you? Yes. But the biggest issue I see is the Osborne Lights. If you leave MK at 5pm, by the time you get to DHS and to the lights, you'll hardly have any time to walk around and see them before you'd need to line up for Fantasmic. The lights are my favorite thing and I'd rather have a bit more time there. But unless you have transportation issues, you should be able to do it although you'll be fighting crowds a lot . . .

Hopping between HS and EP is a lot easier and quicker. Can you do the lights and F! on your EP day? If you're going after Thanksgiving, Illuminations will be at 9:30 which will give you more time with the lights if you need it. Plus, finding a spot for Illuminations is much easier than getting a good view of Wishes.

We can't because my parents who are going with us have an unused day from an old PH to use up yet, and so when we booked the deal for them, she only wanted a one day base ticket. Since MK tickets are more, she opted for Epcot and will use her hopper pass on our MK day.

Sounds like we're going to have to choose. I love Fantasmic, but I don't want to miss MSEP even more. Osborne we're definitely wanting to see as it's my mother's favorite. I know DH & DS also want to ride RnR if they have the chance, so we may be better off just skipping Fantasmic. Hopefully that means transportation getting back to MK would be much easier as well if we travel DURING Fantasmic.
