Umm...I've just got my vacation itinerary at Walt Disney World. You should try it.

What she's referring to is a specific request sheet that the concierge sends all guests. The concierge staff will attempt to respond to every request the quest makes such as special celebrations, all meal reservations and other such things. By the time the guest arrives, all of their requests typically are filled the the concierge staff.

Of course I wouldn't take a chance with CRT, but most everything else is a breeze and they can still squeeze you in sometimes with you having to call 120 days in advance or whatever.

At any rate if the staff could save themselves the time and do it by the web I imagine they would. Still, the itinerary is one of those little things that makes concierge a special treat.

Shelby2001, I do recommend if you're interested in CRT try to make the res yourself. They'll try but can't gaurantee it.

Usually they'll either respond via a phone call or direct E-mail. I can't remember the woman's name who called, but she's popular on this board and was a delight to deal with.

Is is a great feeling to get that itinerary. Sorting through all the junk mail and you see that tropical logo... You know it's getting closer...Usually I get all excited before a cruise like this, but this is the first time our kids are old enough to be REALLY excited about WDW, so this is special for us.
