Thanks everyone for you help! I do have one last question...do you think I can beat a price of 526.00 for a week in late April? That includes everything. It's nicely furnished, second floor, close to pool.

Thanks again...this board makes all of our trips so much better because of the info I get on here! We would be spending more money on less stuff without all of this handy information!

That sounds like a very good price for the time of year that you're renting. When you think that it's only $75 a night for 2brs, 2bathrooms and full kitchen, livingroom, w/d and compare what you'd have to pay for one hotel room then it's a no brainer. Now that you've got that out of the way you can relax and anticipate your vacation.
