but I'm considering going on the passholder site and checking rates for a Thanksgiving trip. Now that we have the new 60 day rule. Which, by the way, I think is a good thing. We can't book 120 days in advance given our work situation. I mean sometimes it's possible, but not usually. 60 days is doable for us most of the time. I applaud Disney for this change.

Okay, here's my question. We're wanting to go Thanksgiving Day - Sunday. Anyone going during that time get a good rate with BR? I'm going to try it and I'll post what I come up with but I thought it would be fun to see what everyone is getting. I imagine it'll be kind of hard to get what you want during that time given the Holiday.

Thanksgiving through Sunday may be tough. When I checked the "Best Rate/AP" program I found great rates after 11/27. Unfortunately, we will be arriving the day after Thanksgiving 11/25. AKL was rack rate for Friday & Saturday.

I'm checking in on thanksgiving, I'm paying $109 for CSR as opposed to $149. I booked it over 2 months ago, so who knows if anything is left

I just booked with Best Rate last week. I got CSR at $109 for Thanksgivng day Saturday, and we are moving to Sports the last 3 days and got that at $59. Good luck in getting a room.. the resorts were limited last week!! We couldnt get movies or POP or PO FQ or RS.

everyone. I tried and tried to get something. Tried CBR, rack rate. Tried AKL, rack rate. Tried POR, rack rate. Tried Poly, rack rate. Tried CR, rack rate.

If I can't get something decent, I'll see what the S/D has to offer.

I still see availibilty for Thanksgiving weekend at CSR, POFQ, BC to name a few.

When I put my dates of 11-25 thru 11-30, I got Car. Beach to show up for Mods, and Sports for values. that was it. I had to do mine as 2 reservations. so we booked the last 3 days at sports, and when I put in the first 3 days, only CSR showed. Maybe more rooms are available now? Or maybe its just my particular dates.

When I checked those were available as well - but at RACK rate. I tried a couple different dates but not the exact dates you're trying. Maybe that is it.
