So I'm presenting at the ACT Conference today (you know, the standardized test?) and I'm TOTALLY talking about the idea of employees as Cast Members at Dis during my presentation!!! Wish me luck!!

Disney actually offers a seminar about the way they do business. They have a wonderful book out also that explains how it works for them.

I'm reading it now, It's called "Creating Magic" by Lee Cockerell.

It's really good so far. Borders also carries it on CD so you can listen to it in the car.
