was really a good idea.

I look at it too many times in a day and you know what they say about watched clocks :rolleyes.

This trip is too far away as it is.

I'll have to ignore it and just be happy we're going!:)

oops. Can't delete. Timer isn't off after all.

I started with over 560 days on my count down clock and now we are at just a slim 159 and 18 hours til we land in Orlando MCO.

The days will come down just don't look at the clock so often and you will be shock with how quick the days can go.

Hoping your next 400+ days go as quick as my last 400 have gone.

Luv

Hey, take a look at my second clock, you can skip over the first one, since it is almost down to 5 Days. The second clock is the killer!!! LOL!!!

To delete your timer...

<table border=0><tr valign=top><td><b>1)</b> </td><td>Click on "The DIS Discussion Forums" at the top of this page.</td></tr><tr valign=top><td><b>2)</b> </td><td>Click on "User Cp" at the top of that page.</td></tr><tr valign=top><td><b>3)</b> </td><td>Click on "Edit Profile" at the top of that page.</td></tr><tr valign=top><td><b>4)</b> </td><td>Scroll down to "Signature". Place your cursor in the box that has a lot of computer code in it. Delete all the code in this box.</td></tr><tr valign=top><td><b>5)</b> </td><td>Click on the "Submit Modifications" button at the bottom of the page. Your counter has gone "bye-bye".</td></tr></table>

I can't counsel you as to whether this will help you cope with the wait. But other folks who have returned can do this to clear out their obselete counters.

Yep Dave, Just deleted mine yesterday, the obsolete one that is. If you have 2 countdown timers (like I did) Go to FAQ on the technical board. They will tell you how to delete the obsolete one without removing the one you want to keep.

Verandah Man, I'm sorry, but I have absolutely no sympathy for you right now ;) :teeth:

Dave, I wasn't trying to delete my clock. I had made a post that the timer was off and then realized it wasn't. I tried to delete the post but the DIS wouldn't let me. )

Thanks though. I like it there. I think I'll just try and ignore it, LOL!!!

Wish I had a countdown timer to look at, but no cruises planned for awhile. Enjoy our 2 Wonder cruises, but can't convince DH to go again. Boo Hoo!!!

We waited 2 years for last years Nov 30 - Dec 7th cruise. I thought it would never get here, It did though and then what happened? It GOT CANCELLED:( So then we had to wait another 365 days for this years cruise.
Yea Haw we are almost ready to do the double digit dance AGAIN! The days do finally click away, I to have to not come and look at the ticker on the bottom. But instead I go look at the calendar. Don't figure hu?

I am very dumb and slow but please tell me how to get a countdown clock.

Penske, that had to stink so bad.

I'm sure that this one will be so magical!

:teeth: It did really stink and to say the least I was not a happy camper.. But Disney did get us into the Wilderness Lodge Villas on last minute notice for that week, so I kinda, got over the anger part rather quickly.. At least thanks to all the folks on these boards my DH and I will be more prepared for this years cruise. I really overpacked Last year.:p

I couldn't wait two years for a cruise. It would drive me crazy. My wife and I first cruised 2 years ago. We had to go back 10 months later. Our next cruise is a back to back cruise one year after the last.

I told my wife today that for a mere $110,000 we could cruise on DCL for a whole year! I thought she was going to have me committed.:p :jester:  :earsboy:
