My allyoopcat character account seems to be MIA and cannot get the password. Have used the same information for MONTHS now but emailed and VMK_Shorty said basically without all the information (even though I input ever single birthday I know) --- They cannot help me with my account.

So I have created a new charact with hopes that someday my old account will be available again.

Did you log into that character within the past 6 months? If not, VMK
probably deleted it, along with any other inactive accounts.

But I think on the VMK home page, there's some article about retrieving
your logon info, password, birthdate....things that could help you if
the account it still usable.

I can't remember which threads on the DIS also gave links to finding that
info, but I know I've seen them within the last few days.

I just used the account last week.

I don't know why it's not being recognized anymore...which really stinks because I had gold ears, a magic mirror and all kinds of fun rare stuff and clothes that I loved and adored.

Maybe once you get that character you can connect it with your old one

I did try that link. And anyone that has allyoopcat as a friend will still see me there but it's as if it does not recognize the membership name when I plug in the information.

It's just that link to connecting and my files and folders or my account for VMK is just poof a gonner.

Maybe it's just sick...
