Im making autograph books, need advice please

So, I will be printing an encyclopedia if I am not careful. I have collected autograph cards of Disney and Pixar characters from all these creative people here. My question is can anyone tell me or guide me to which characters are active or not and do I really need cards on certain characters since I cannot for the life of me figure out how they autograph the card.

Like -
Bambi
Bolt
Bullseye the horse
Kaa the snake
Lightening McQueen
Mater

So far I have 105 cards each for 2 kids books I will be carrying that all day long. I need to eliminate some cards and maybe use them later once we get home for background cards in the scrapbook if they are NOT going to be autographed. So, which cards do I eliminate because of no longer available or the character just can't sign the card?
