I'm lost. What's going on?

Sorry but I have no idea what's going on with the Tomorrowland stuff. If someone could breifly describe it to me that would be great

Yeah I have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE what is going on.
I'm trying to figure out this quest stuff but I'm left clueless.
Where do I start? I can't find these quests and they seem to require things I don't have. So then I go to get these things but I don't know how. This thing needs a step by step guide. I'm so lost.
