I'm leaving for DL in 3 hours!!!!!

It is 4am here on west coast........and my flight leaves for LAX at 7am.
I did not get much sleep at all!!!!!! Not only am I excited about going to Disneyland!!!! BUT, my former boss who left to go to another State Agency, called me up and was saying she just put my name in the approval for getting me to work where she is at (I interviewed couple of weeks ago) and this will be a promotion!!!! So, now I am excited about the promotion!!!, but sad on leaving where I am at now -mainly about my co-workers, whom I have known for 9 years.

Okay, back to Disneyland...............Yippppeeeeeeeee!!!!!! Okay, I will be posting tons of photos probably Monday. Look for them!!!!!

As I walk thru the entrance, I will think of all my DIS family!!!! ------------- or maybe I will be thinking of which ride I want to rush to!!!!!

Thanks for your well wishes. I am about to do the download process now.

Guess what???? on Day 2, ds and i were at Rainforest Cafe for lunch and we were looking at my new camera and playing around, and son at one point was checking out things on the camera.....and then he was like OMG! and put his hand to his face. I was like what? what is wrong? I thought he just saw someone from home and did not was to talk to them............He just deleted all 240 photos I had taken!!!! I was upset to say the least, but I just had to accept it and let it go. It was a real "grown up moment" for me. ha ha
We sort of had to redo many of the photo opps, but I 'lost' my Jungle Cruise photos, and others. oh well.

That happened to my mom as well & my stepdad told her not to use the camera anymore. He got some software (i think, I can find out) & he recovered all 70 pictures she lost!!! So if you're interested I'll try & figure out what they did to get them back...

Regarding losing pictures. My cousins were here from out of town for a month, and we took them to a lot of different places. Well, after a week or so, one of my cousins realized that she had been taking a lot of pictures with no film in the camera.

Thanks, and you realize CRAP happens, huh? ha ha ha I am learing at 50yr how we handle that crap that is thrown our way. I really was proud of myself for not going on and on and telling daughter on the phone when we spoke to her and husband, etc. I tell you all, and another friend. but I suppose ds felt bad .....maybe not as bad as I wanted him to feel! ha ha ha ha but oh well.

I posted my TR on the TR board and some photos. Unfortunately you gotta click to view the photos. I dont understand . I was able to update my sig photos (from photobucket) but cannot seem to do it from Snapfish.

I still have so much to learn about this camera I have. I may never figure some things out. I may have to take a class! hummmm that is a thought!

Oh my gosh, I just let out a HUGE GASP! That would definitely be an 'adult moment' for me, too.

DS6 is suddenly interested in using my digital camera (which cost about $800 not including the lens!) Today we went to the zoo and I kept saying, "Hold it this way. Press the silver button. Hold your breath. OK, give it back. OK, but only ONE MORE..." (Why can't he use the little $15 Mickey Mouse camera I bought him for Christmas?)

And DANG IT, he takes pretty good pictures, too.
