After reading some of your posts and looking at just a few of the before and after pics I'm convinced that you guys can help me stay on track. I don't know what I'm supposed to do exactly so maybe one of you can get me up to speed. I was hoping to get in on the chat tonight and missed it. Thanks!

When you say you don't know where to start, does that mean you're not sure what types of changes you want to make? Do you want to eat healthier? Do you want to start exercising? Do you want to lose weight? We'll be happy to help you with whatever you want to accomplish in the healthy living arena!!

If you really have NO IDEA where to start, I would suggest drinking 80 oz. of water a day as a good first step. Water is so key to practically any healthy living goal. Try doing that for a week while you think about what goals you'd like to set. Once the water drinking is a habit, then you can add in another healthy habit.

No, I have an idea of what I want to do, I should have made my post more clear-sorry. I was just wondering if there was something that I had to do on WISH to officially get started on the board. Thanks for all your comments!
