I hope this doesn't get moved but things are slow over on the theme park boards and I trust the answers over on the CB more!

I just found out they can do MNSSHP even though they are offsite -- They want to do it Friday night last night of their trip, I think Sunday night would be better - this is the first night of their trip. Do you think it will be significantly less crowded on Sunday night rather than Friday?

Also if they buy a 5 day hopper without options, can they add a day later in the week to make it a 6 day and how much extra would that cost for an adult and a child.

Thanks guys!

Sorry, no answers, just bumping so it didn't slip to page 2.

Don't know answers for sure, but here are 2 thoughts...

MNSSHP is a seperate ticketed event, correct? That should limit the number of people right there.

Secondly, the guidebooks have always maintained that Sundays and Mondays are some of the busiest times at parks, because people travel on the weekend to get there, leave Friday, arrive Sunday/Monday... so it's probably a toss-up on which day will be more busy.

Hopefully someone who's been there a few times will see this & can answer, though.

You might want to put MNSSHP in the subject line... might get more specific help...

I would think that Sunday would be less crowded from the locals standpoint since Monday would be a school day. But being the first day of their trip could be dicey as well depending on how they are getting there. I have got caught trying to do something the first night because of flight delays causing us to miss a PS. What if they could not get into a room until late? There would be no rest time either. I would lean toward doing the Friday night. What a way to end a trip.
