I'm having trouble getting the code to be applied

We have a vacation booked with AAA for WL Jan 27 - Feb 1. I've been trying for 2 days to get my AAA agent to call Disney and use the ZCL code. At first he didn't know what I was talking about, but then he called and said he talked to Disney and they said we didn't qualify for the code. Today, I talked to Disney and they said to use the code ZCC or ZCG for MYW w/dining and AAA reservation. I called my AAA agent again and gave him this information. He said he called Disney again, but was told that the codes don't apply.

Anyone know why this is happening? I don't know if my AAA agent is just an idiot, or if it's possible that the codes really just don't apply for some reason. I'd really like to save some money. Help!
 
I also have a package booked with aaa in jan, my agent called to apply code and we only saved $70.00 which were on the park tickets. I priced our same package on disney web site using their codes and came out to the same price as my aaa package. I think we had already gotten good discount with aaa, so codes would not apply. I hope this make sense!!
 
We did not save anymore money either with the new code that is out. AAA is already saving it. I did call and verify with CRO and the rate was the same.
 
I was booked with AAA also and was saving over $300.00 from the Disney quote so I was happy. When the codes came I out I called Disney myself got the new price for the same package it was even cheaper than AAA and there was availability. I called my agent, told her about the codes and asked her to apply them. She called me back said there's no avail I said I just spoke to them and there is avail. I even called Disney a second time and made a ressie with the cheaper price. In the meantime while I was on the phone with Disney she left me a message saying I could get a room at a moderate where all 5 would be in the same room instead of the pop with adjoining rooms I said no thank you. But she still couldn't get what I wanted. I called her back and said I'd like to cancel my ressie with you because I have a better price with Disney on my own. She then asked for my ressie # and made it to her existing one.

Needless to say I'm not very happy with her. I had to do all the footwork because she insisted there was no avail and she also said a few other things that didn't make sense. I hate that the ressie is in her hands now that I'm not even saving money with them. She said if I cncld I would lose my insurance deposit. Disney said I have 14 days to cancel. I only just made my deposit a few days ago. And to top it off I got some paperwork from her yesterday and her office isn't even the local one. It's over 40 minutes away.

I would call Disney myself ask a quote for the same package and use the code and check avail. then call your agent etc.
