I'm gonna need this cruise!!!!!!!

Keep me in your prayers please, b/c after tonight I'm going to NEED this cruise! My oldest child turned 10 at 4:50 this morning...for her birthday I am driving her and 5 of her friends to my sisters recording studio, about 2 hours from here, and they're going to make a CD. Then we're spending the night there, and I'm driving them back tomorrow...a total of 4 hours in a Durango with 6 10 year olds. What was I thinking??? Oh, yes, I'll NEED this cruise!!!!!!!!!!

Just had a (sleep-over) party for our DD who just turned 13. She invited 15 of her "closest" friends. What a night! Our other DD just turned 16 and we can't get her out of the car. Wouldn't be so bad, but with the price of gas, we may not be able to afford to buy anything on the cruise!!! So I know where your coming from. Good Luck!

I had nine girls for my daughters party. Had to haul them all in an expedition to the skating rink, then back to my house where they had a sleep over.

If you think the cruise is going to be stress free and relaxing as compared to hauling kids around, your mistaken....Don't go on a DCL cruise if you want to relax!!!

Well, I survived, but I'm pretty sure this weekend worked as birth control for my sister! I had no idea that 10 year old girls thought bodily functions were funny! I knew the boys did, and I remembered grossing my mom out in high school, but they grow up so quickly these days!
CD is complete, with 6 girls singing, among many songs, Jolly Mon by Jimmy Buffett...can't wait for the pastor's daughter to take THAT one home! Oh well, nothing bad in that particular song. Thanks to all who kept me in prayers...now I REALLY deserve this cruise....almost as much as you Beth, but not quite!
