I'm going!!

Please forgive me guys, I know I don't post on here often, but I do lurk. I just wanted to say that I'M GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!! I've wanted to go my whole life, and as an east-coaster I never dreamed I'd get to DL before WDW, but I did...but now I'm going!!!

I will only have two days, it is a weekend trip because my wife has a business trip to Tampa and that's the extra time we can get. (I'll be returning home rather than staying in Tampa.) I am insisting on Epcot and I think the other park I want to do is Animal Kingdom. We don't want to do park hopper, so it'll be just two parks.

I AM SO EXCITED!!!

Ok now I understand why you chose EPCOT and DAK over the MK.

My only advice is if you have one morning free hit DAK then. EPCOT tends to be more of an afternoon/evening park, and DAK is very much a morning park.

That is excellent information, thank you! We are flying in late on Thursday night and have to leave on Saturday evening, so the thing to do is probably hit Epcot Friday (when we'll be tired and getting a late start) and AK Saturday (when we'll have to leave earlier). Thanks!!!

Gallaudet? I wanted to attend there, but was afraid I wasn't good enough in ASL to get through the more challenging science courses I needed.

EPCOT and DAK are our favorite parks. You are going to have a wonderful time!

If you ever get the chance to return at Christmas season try to visit when Marlee Matlan is doing the Candlelight Processional as narrator. It's wonderful and the only time I really try to get to this production (not a big religious sort).

I went to EKU for Interpreter Training. I visited Gally many times while we lived in the DC metro. I haven't interpreted in years, but I miss it.
