I'm going to whine!

Thursday I went down for Cancer Survivors Day, had doctors appointments, and a test at the hospital.
There's 3 of us kids who were the only ones treated for bone cancer at the hospital. I'm the only girl out of the bunch. There's another lady who had osteo 8 years ago and she was there.

good - The other girl and I both have neater scars. Weird, I know. But the girls' scars were straight and had stitches. The boys were really windy and they had staples to close the wound.

bad - Everyone BUT ME has a numb patch. The numb patch is on the outer side of the leg and for about 3 inches of the leg, it's totally numb. I don't have this. NOT FAIR!

Oh yeah, and I have bursitis in my knee. I never catch a break.

Numb patches suck!
I tore up my knee really badly when I was younger, and I have like a one inch numb patch.
It feels weird not being able to feel it (if that makes any sense...) and it's annoying. It sounds a lot cooler than the reality of it.

Well, actually, once I got a mosquito bite there and it didn't itch at all. That was pretty sweet :]
