....Help me out here. I'm in the throes of lists and packing. What am I going to forget? It's me, dh, and ds's 5 & 7.

And before you say it, YES DIZNEENUT, I know I'm supposed to take you with me! :teeth: :hyper:

I would say your bathing suits and sunscreen, since it's probably cold where you are, swimming might not be on your mind. Hopefully it's not cold down there:D

that is always on the list.......over the counter meds......cough meds ...tylenol for adults and kids.......benedryl .....works on plane rides too....those are always on my list of must haves.......remember sun screen no matter what time of the year.....sun glasses ....these are mega expensive items in Disney .....I also bring two pairs of my eye glasses.....even if one set is my last prescription.....a little off is better then not seeing anything up close....bring your names of all your meds that you are on and insurance cards too

Fanny packs. I often forget these and have had to purchase many along the way. I'd be lost without mine! Have a blast you lucky girl!:D

ziplock bags! i know that most ppl buy them to prepare for the trip (you can keep cameras/wallets/many other things in them to keep from getting wet) but i went to the grocery store w/ my mom to buy them, and then once we got there she had forgotten to take them w/ us, luckily I had brought some of my own, so don't forget to PACK them. =) and film and batteries for cameras.

batteries for your camera.Mom's died while we were there and they did not have the kind she needed.:(

Here are some things I always remind people to bring

Moleskin for the blisters that inevitably pop up after walking a million miles.

An extra pair of sneakers (to give them the chance to air out or in case one pair gets really wet on a ride or in a storm)

Gum if you like to chew it--can't buy it on Disney property

Aloe to rub on sunburned skin.

I make my own first aid kit. I added benedryl and children's tylenol to it as well as lots of different sized bandaids. I also put it the no hurt antibacterial spray. I also put in some neosporin. That stuff is great for just about everything.

I packed all the diapers and swim diapers first last night. I do not want to run out of those.

I am thinking of buying a disposable camera for DD. We have our digital but was thinking that DD who is 6 might like to take her own pics.

This thread reminded me that I need to go buy the big size zip lock baggies. I bought the wrong size the other day.

Your credit cards and license. Don't laugh, I forgot mine on one of our trips to Disney, DH thought I had his:eek:
What a mess

The best thing I packed for my kids for our trip 2 weeks ago were 2 things. Lots of disposable cameras and glow sticks. I bought my dd some glow bracelets, earrings, mouthpieces, and necklaces. I bought my ds some glow sticks and glow mouth pieces. The glow sticks they have in the camping department were much more brighter and lasted longer.

I overpacked stuff. The maintenance and security guys had to come to our room (the fire alarm malfunctioned, they had to replace it). They got a kick out of what all I had packed.:teeth: The guys that loaded and unloaded our bags got a kick out of all the junk I had brought too.:teeth:

Here ya go!:teeth:

I also never leave home without my laptop and digital camera :)

Having been in WDW last December, I would say make suew you packa sweatshirt or sweater. We froze the first week in December.

Your Digital Camera, and the phone #'s of DIS-ers who will be there the same time as you.;) (I forgot all these 2 weeks ago, this is why I thought I would remind you).;)

Have the kids flown before? Did their ears hurt? Buy EAR-PLANES - best $5 I ever spent!

BigV---Thank you for your alphabetized list! WOW! That is organized.

WHERE can I find moleskin? I looked at Drug Mart yesterday near the bandaids and stuff. It wasn't there.

Where can I get glowsticks? That sounds like an inexpensive alternative to those $20 Mickey light up toys!

I've already packed boys outfits in ziploc bags. Some of our clothes in ziplocs. I've even made a list of everything in each suitcase. I can't believe how organized or is it anal that I am this time?!

Keep those ideas coming......I don't leave until Friday about 10:30 am for the airport. I'm trying to pack light, 3 suitcases to check and a carry-on for each person. So far I'm doing great.......so far.;)

What are these???? I am worried about DS 2 1/2. I was going to give him a little tylenol and some gum and hope for the best. I also plain to bring his sippy cups with juice and water. I figure that will keep him happy.

These items are great. Thanks for the tips. I know I will forget something!LOL
