I'm going to the Boardwalk!

I'm so excited, I talked my husband into going to Disney over Christmas since his company decided to shut down for Christmas break. Yeah! I got the Boardwalk for $209 a night since we are checking in on Dec 25th. I've never been to Disney in the winter and never have stayed deluxe. I knew you guys would think it was cool. My friends and husband just don't get it. Got to change my trip counter!

You are going to love the BWI, and you will enjoy EPCOT and MGM like you never have before. Staying at one of the EPCOT Resorts makes your visits to these two parks a totally different experience.

Congratulations! What a fabulous place to stay I stayed there for the first time this July and really, really loved it. It is gorgeous and walking to World Showcase is INCREDIBLE!
You are going to have a blast!!

Emmabelle... that's great news!! That rate is the same one I got fot the Boardwalk or Poly for this month with an email code, but have done much moving around (in my head) we are now going to be at the YC - where I have yet to stay. We'll attend the wine and food festival and will be able to walk right back to our resort. Amazing!

Ypu'll love being so close to MGM and EPCOT -you'll be at an entrance to EPCOT where you can stoll right over and home agfter or in between!! This is going to be such a wonderful trip for you!! And you get to see all the decorations! The closest I;ve been to christmas was for Thanksgiving weekend when we had Thanksgiving Dinner in the Castle!! And can you believe it - not one photo!!!

We are going on December 25, which is the last day of value season so they will extend the rate until the end of the trip which is December 31. I just went into the Disney World website and clicked on Fall values, I could have had either the Yacht Club or Boardwalk for $209, but my kids wanted Luna Park over Stormalong Bay. We all know it's all about the kids. I'm so thrilled to see all the decorations.

BaciBecky, I've been checking out the pictures and was psyched to see that they had a day bed, so my daughter and son didn't have to sleep together.

We're going x-mas week, I haven't told my parents yet, I hope they don't get mad that we are leaving on Christmas Day. My 14 yr old son is now getting into going away, he wasn't totally thrilled at first to be going away for x-mas break, he'd rather spend the time with his friends, then with his parents and younger sister. It used to be so much easier when they were younger. I promised him I'd make a ps for Germany or Norway because he actually likes to try different foods.

I hope it's warm enough to swim!
