I'm going to miss all the races this fall

The title says it all. I'm from Orlando and have always participated in the races on property. However, I'm living in Grenada for a while and am going to miss every single race. No Race for the Taste, TOT, Race for the Cure, or Half-Marathon for me

So to everyone that's going this year....HAVE A BLAST!!

Ouch Flo...that's gotta be hard. Feel free to hang with us and train vicariously. When are you coming back to the US?

I'll be back the second week of December (when classes end). I've been wanting to join the W.I.S.H. Board for a while now and since I feel so far away it's the perfect time to start. I'm still running and facing some new challenges...hills and CRAZY drivers. Sometimes I feel like I'm running a weird version of Frogger and Crazy Taxi

sorry to hear you won't make it. But you'll be back in time for the Half in January right?

Last year I did the Race for the Taste and the TOT. Kind of broke up my training. Both were a lot of fun. None this year. I'll miss them both, especially the TOT. But I just don't feel I'll get the value for my money this year.

I'll already be back in class by the 6th of January. So no 1/2 Marathon either. It certainly makes me appreciate all the races from the past.
