OK, not really but I'd do it if this pain would go away. I have a bone spur that lays up against my spinal cord from time to time (like 3 or 4 times a week
) and when it happens the pain is amazing. Think having your leg plugged into an electrical outlet.
Nothing helps, not exercise, PT, medication (unless it's enough to knock me out) change in position, nada. The only good thing is sleep which must relax the muscles back there and allow the spur to move off the spinal cord.
I haven't had this now for the past two days. I DIDN'T MISS IT!!!
