After checking a whole bunch of times i came up with a great price for the BWI second week of Dec. Has anyone been there lately? Has all the work they were doing ealier this yr been finished? Cannt wait to go, 1st stay in a delux and soo close to epcot.:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

just spent 7 days at BWI, came home 2 wks. ago. At that time they were still working with some scaffolding, back at the pool area, which are the villas. Our stay was quite nice and had no complaints except for the rain, we were down when Isadore was creating havoc. Our room was right over Flying Fish, and the smell was heavenly. Did eat at the Flying Fish once during our stay and it was fabulous as usual, steak melted in your mouth. hope you have a wonderful time at the BWI, enjoy.:bounce:

You will LOVE it!!! Great choice. Lots of options for things to do on the Boardwalk. Eat at Spoodles - that place is great. You'll enjoy being able to see Illuminations any night you want because of the proximity - sometimes you can even see it after seeing nighttime celebrations at other parks because it is so late.

Have fun!

Time to be nosy -- if you don't mind sharing what rate did you get for BWI ?

:teeth:

Thanks

I'm not the original poster, but I got a rate of $169 plus tax for Dec 6, which was an AP rate (standard view). We are staying 1 night and then moving over to the Villa side for 6 nights with DVC points. Had to add a night to get frequent flyer airline tickets.

On this board its not nosey to ask about rates :) I got a standard view at $179 plus taxes. A little higher that AP but still a good deal if you are there for a week. Are you thinking of going too Soccor Princess? :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

We are considering it for our January trip. We have the Poly booked for Dec 7-10 at $110/night w/ tax!!

Thanks

We have the Poly booked for Dec 7-10 at $110/night w/ tax!!
Now it is my turn to be nosy.......how did you get the Poly for $110/night w/tax?????

We were orignally booked at CBR. We were offered AKL standard, WL standard or Poly GV. :D I'm so excited!

Thanks for the reply, I figured it was either a SOG rate or a CBR relocation rate, but thought it did not hurt to ask! You will love the Poly, it is a great resort!!!

Will anyone else be at BWI 12-9to 12-17? If youd like to share a lunch or dinner let me know.
