I'm going back to Disneyland!!!!

So I originally had reservations to stay in the Contemporary and go to WDW (I'm from Miami, FL) but I had such an amazing time at Disneyland this August.. I don't really want to go back to WDW. So I convinced my friends and we booked our plane tickets last night!!

So I'll be there December 14th thru 17th to see Disneyland decked out for the holidays. Can't wait..

Of course you will have fun. We were there around the holidays last year, and the Christmas decorations we awesome.

We'll be there at the same time. Wait until you see the snow and decorations, and especially "It's a Small World!" Went to WDW last year for Christmas and I'd have to say that DL's are better than MK's. Sorry WDW fans, but it's probably because it's smaller and more intimate, so the decor is more packed together. Also Small World is not the same. Anyways have a great time, and get your hotel ressies ASAP.

Honestly, that's why I wanted to go to DL.. The only holiday overlay we had was for Country Bear Jamboree.. and they're not even doing that this year. lol

It's all gonna be new to me.. Haunted Mansion Holiday, Small World Holiday, the park decorations, the fireworks, the parade..

Do you think California Adventure's decorations are worth checking out? My friend says she doesn't want to go and I really didn't care for the park back in August..

Have never been to DCA during holidays, so can't tell you much there. BUT, we are this time!!! So I'm looking forward to what they do there. Also want to do the rides of course. I can't believe you're not willing to do TOT, Calif. Soarin and Screamin? I'd pay for the hopper, just to get onto those rides. Oh and to have a nice glass of wine or margherita(sp). Also SW is not only decked out on the inside, it's covered with lights on the outside. Seems like almost every inch has lights on it. So it's just beautiful. Enjoy your time!

yea, go park hopper and hit DCA first. the lines are shorter to get in and less ppl there. Hit Soaring first, via single rider, then hit scream, and then hit tot (i hate this ride mainly cuz i get very sick on it). If you want, hit talk with crush, for a relax rest with some funny entertainment. Then head over to DLR and get your fastpasses and hit other rides.

How exciting! I've never been to WDW, but it's neat to hear that others that have, enjoy DL so much!

I really didn't like Turtle Talk with Crush actually.. I was dying for it to end.

I think we'll just do TOT, Aladdin, Screamin', and maybe GRR and Soarin'.

LUCKY!!! We are going back to WDW in November, but that was planned before I went to Disneyland in June! If I would have known how amazing Disneyland is, I would scrapped the whole idea of WDW.

So, I am now planning a trip to DLR in April, the 11th to the 15th!! SWEET!
