I'm Getting to Meet My Japan Trader Friend

I am so excited because in September I am going to get to meet my pin trading friend from Japan. She has been a wonderful person to trade with. She always sends me extra gifts and pins and I try and do the same. We have been trading for years, and I am sure we met on this board for the first time. Thank you Dis boards for creating such a wonderful friendship.
And now we are going to get to meet and trade in person.

Has anyone else had the pleasure of meeting a long distance trading buddy.

I'v been trading and e-mailing such great people on the borad

I'll be meeting Luv2Roam (Barbara) at WDW May 25th for a mystery dinner. Can't wait to meet.

ALso DisCritter (David) and his wife will meet me and hubby to attend the Fri pin meet at the Compt. at WDW. Can't wait to meet.

Mainepinpal is coming to NYC in June and we are setting a meeting for dinner at South Street Sea Port.

And Hopefully I'll meet Karin when she comes back home to Staten Island New York.

And I would love to meet Leslie at NYC When & Where

That would be just GREAT.!!!

I also meet Shelly from New Jersey and we went to the Bridgewater Mall pin meet last month.


My calander is getting filled up but what the HECK you are worth it.

That is so awesome! It so much fun to put a live person with emails, trades, and posts!

Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Mean Laureen and Obi Wan Pinobi....it was just wonderful to meet this sweet couple in person! And just so you know, there is not a MEAN bone in her body....but don't tell her I said that...she has to keep up that MEAN facade to keep us kids in line! hehehehehe

Someday I hope to get to one of the WDW Pin Events and meet so many of YOU! You can find me easy....I look just like POOH!

The DW and I will be meeting Cathy & DH (cathy1140) to go to "our" first
Friday Contemporary meet at the end of this month.
I have met several other traders that I have traded with through the
years.....including Dom13, JudySue & CheshireFigment, Perndwler, GoofyMom....
to name a few. The wife and I also had the pleasure of meeting 2 traders within
the same week that had to come from the furthest reaches of the earth to Florida.
We were able to meet a Japanese trader and family that I had traded with for
over a year at that time and then 4 days following met up with a French trader
(HanaePerez) and family. To meet these people and trade and to put face to the
trades and words from over the net is just great.
