I started having hot flashes last week.
I wasn't sure at first...thought I was just hot. On superbowl Sunday I realized what was going on.

My flashes are mainly night sweats, but I get them just about every single stinkin' night. I change my clothes at least twice every night.

my mom gets them real bad. she turns red and grabs anything she can get her hands on to fan herself
