After years of doing nothing but gaining weight, I've finally hit the wall and it's time for it to go away. I just joined the water challenge and the 5 for January, but I've got a real long way to go. Got up this morning and started Billys Bootcamp. Only made it for 15 minutes but thats 15 more minutes than I had done before. I'll try to get an extra 5 minutes each time until I can do the whole hour. I really feel like a mess. Not sure how to put into words what I'm going through but at least the people on this board can understand and help motivate me. Am I supposed to post every day when I finish my water? What about weight loss, how do I get that updated. My lurking hasn't really helped me understand alot about how to get updated. Thanks for any help you can give me. I need to lose about 110 pounds but I'm doing it 5 pounds at a time. Thanks
