hey all,Some one say something that will CLICK! please. I am recently back to these boards cause I got my fat jeans that barely fit! And there stretch jeans I freaked! (this was 2 days ago) anyway, that day I reliazed I had no sneakers to walk in, I went out got great sneakers and still haven't ran. I started out good eating that day then went to work (in a restaurant) and by the end of the night I was so hungry and ate real bad at 11 at night no less. Today, reluctant to eat at BK I did half of what I normally would then went out to lunch I screwed that up and finally about half hour ago I wasn;t hungry but ate anyway now i feel awful. I am uncomfortably full as I write this. I need some serious advice about eating when I am not hungry and even more so eating late at night. I feel so gross!
