I'm confused about Toontown morning madness

We have the tickets and I'm thinking about using it on Friday, Sept. 14th. I hear this is a great time to see certain things in toontown. Does this mean if I skip the little parade thing in toontown or can I do both with little waiting? I'm just wondering if I should Ridemax Mickey's house, Minnie's house and Roger Rabbit or will I have time to see the entertainment AND do these things during the Toontown Morning Madness. Thanks!

When we went, we had planty of time to get photos and autographs with the characters as well as ride Gadget's go coaster, Roger Rabbit and watch the mini parade and ceremony. We also did ee the same day so we were in line about 5 minuted before it opened so we were one of the first ones there. So long as you get there around opening time you'll be fine. We actually were done with toontown before the hour was up and ended leaving about 10 minutes early. We were amazed that people were still arriving 50 minutes into the Toon town morning madness.
