I'm closing on Monday

Finally after 3 weeks of waiting the seller overnighted the docs last night.

I was getting worried as the close by date was 7/5 and with the holiday in there it was cutting it close. I can't believe they weren't in a bigger hurry to close and get their money.

Hopefully the rest of the process will go smoothly.

I am almost official!!!!
